Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, or residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly
• Care for flooring through carpet cleaning, floor polishing, or other specialized floor care techniques to preserve their appearance and safety
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests or residents
• Follow established procedures for janitorial tasks and custodial maintenance to uphold cleanliness standards
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to maintain the property's pristine condition
• Provide friendly customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally

Experience

• Prior experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments is highly preferred
• Demonstrated janitorial or custodial experience with knowledge of sanitation protocols and cleaning techniques
• Familiarity with floor care methods including carpet cleaning and floor polishing tools
• Experience in laundry operations within hospitality or residential settings is advantageous
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and maintaining cleanliness standards in busy environments
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods effectively
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards guest or resident interactions
