Housekeeping Attendant

Job Description

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants to join our hotel team in South Lake Tahoe. This role is essential to maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas while delivering excellent guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms daily (beds, bathrooms, floors, dusting, trash)
• Replenish linens, towels, and guest amenities
• Clean hallways, stairwells, and assigned public areas
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost-and-found items
• Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
• Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests and coworkers

Qualifications (Required)

• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous hotel or commercial housekeeping experience
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish a plus)
