Compensation: $21–$24 per hour

The Westman is an independent boutique hotel opening this fall in Bend’s historic post office building. With just 23 rooms, we offer a high-touch, design-forward experience rooted in connection, service, and the spirit of adventure.

We’re looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our opening team. This role is essential to bringing The Westman’s craftsmanship to life—every detail you tend to helps transform our restored historic building into a welcoming retreat for guests.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and refresh guest rooms and public spaces with precision and care
• Ensure each room reflects The Westman’s design standards and attention to detail
• Restock linens, amenities, and supplies as needed
• Report maintenance issues promptly and communicate effectively with the Front Desk team
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety procedures
• Take pride in contributing to an environment where guests feel relaxed, cared for, and inspired

What We’re Looking For

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Dependable, efficient, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and care
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $21–$24 per hour, based on experience
