We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Cleaner to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure that overnight guests in our residential spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and comfort. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating welcoming environments for overnight guests.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain floors through proper care techniques including sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning using specialized equipment
• Ensure all areas meet sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist with janitorial tasks like waste disposal and window cleaning to uphold cleanliness standards
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to tenant or guest requests and addressing concerns professionally

Requirements

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation procedures.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks effectively
• Basic familiarity with janitorial equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and steam cleaners is advantageous
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings as needed
