Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of all public and common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, lounges, and dining spaces.
• Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to preserve a polished appearance.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests and staff.
• Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to promote a safe working environment.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold facility standards.
• Assist with industrial cleaning tasks when necessary to support large-scale sanitation projects or deep-cleaning initiatives.

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning equipment, and janitorial practices.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service principles to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Experience managing housekeeping tasks in busy environments or large facilities is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure no area is overlooked.
• Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is advantageous but not required.
