Housekeeping (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of client rooms, common areas, offices, restrooms, and hallways using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
• Maintain floors through proper care techniques such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure safety and appearance standards are met.
• Restock supplies such as paper products, hand sanitizers, and cleaning materials to ensure continuous availability.
• Adhere strictly to sanitation standards and environmental services protocols to promote a healthy environment for all facility users.
• Assist in kitchen / dining area with washing and drying dishes, serving food to clients, and transporting food to the clients' rooms.

Experience

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience in healthcare settings or commercial environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning equipment such as vacuums, scrubbers, steam cleaners, and mops.
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures while maintaining efficiency in a contract housekeeping role.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
