Housekeeping Field Manager

Quality Inspector – Field Operations | Mon–Fri | $18–$23/hr + Bonuses

Do you love staying organized, helping people succeed, and making sure things get done right? We’re seeking a sharp, reliable, and proactive Quality Inspector to join our eco-friendly housekeeping company!

This isn’t a desk job — you’ll be out in the field, visiting homes, checking in on cleaners, supporting team members, touching up cleanings, delivering supplies, and ensuring that clients are happy and our high standards are met. If you’ve got great communication skills, a strong eye for detail, and love solving problems on the go, this job is for you. Please note there is quite a bit of driving with this position, as you will be going to numerous job locations to quality inspect, and or clean homes. Most of our jobs are WEST of the 15 freeway between Coronado and La Jolla. Having a car with good gas mileage is a plus for this position.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 11 am–6pm This role requires consistent availability during these hours.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Visit homes during or after cleanings to ensure quality standards are met
• Support and coach cleaning team members in the field
• Deliver supplies and ensure teams are equipped for success
• Handle basic client communication and satisfaction checks
• Spot-check job sites, assess time management, and provide feedback
• Report quality issues and help resolve them quickly and professionally
• Represent the Tranquil Home brand with professionalism and care

Requirements:

• Must be available Monday–Friday, 11am–6pm
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (mileage is reimbursed)

• Basic familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning preferred (we’ll train you!)
• Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
• Must be comfortable using a smartphone and apps
