JOB TITLE

Property Attendant - Household Upkeep & General Housekeeping

POSITION OVERVIEW

A Property Attendant works as part of a team to successfully complete the day-to-day cleaning and concierge operations to provide excellent hospitality for the clientele and their home.

PAY:

• Wage is $28.00 per hour

SCHEDULE:

• Full Time / Part Time Available
• Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm with holidays and weekend availability
• Candidate must be available for the holiday and weekends (Christmas & New Years)

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST BE AVAILABLE AROUND HOLIDAY WEEKENDS (Christmas, New Years, MLK, Presidents Day, etc)
• Requires the ability and commitment to daily commute with co-workers to BIG SKY, MONTANA in a company vehicle.
• Valid Driver’s License Required
• Background Checks will be conducted prior to hire.

• A Full Time position and holiday and weekend availability.

POSITION DUTIES:

• Performing detailed cleaning of homes, including but not limited to: bathrooms, kitchens, common living and dining areas, entryways, foyers, ski rooms, mud rooms, garages, etc.
• Cleaning duties, including but not limited to: laundry, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, seasonal and deep cleans, outdoor detail work, collecting & hauling trash
• Assisting in managing home inventory, toiletries and products. Assisting in stocking and inventory of household products and items according to home preferences
• Participating in visit preparations, cleaning homes, set-ups and take-downs for special events and holidays
• Helping team members understand performance targets and goals
• Ensuring professional appearance and attitude within the work environment
