Housekeeping Incharge (Female)

We are looking for a female Housekeeping Incharge to manage and supervise daily cleaning and maintenance activities at our institute. The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, and able to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and guide housekeeping staff in maintaining cleanliness across classrooms, labs, offices, and washrooms.

* Check and maintain hygiene standards throughout the premises.

* Manage cleaning supplies and ensure timely replenishment.

* Coordinate with the admin department for maintenance or repair work.

* Prepare duty rosters and maintain attendance records for housekeeping staff.

Requirements:

* Minimum Intermediate education; relevant experience preferred.

* 2–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role (educational institute experience is a plus).

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Punctual, disciplined, and responsible attitude.
