Sandpiper Cove Condominiums in the heart of Destin is seeking dependable and dedicated full-time/permanent Housekeeping Inspector. This position requires a person who is reliable, courteous, self-motivated, excellent in customer service, and detail oriented. Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Conduct examination of property units in accordance with approved housekeeping check-lists and ensure the property meets standards for cleanliness.

• Perform pre-arrival and post-departure inspections. Inform Housekeeping Supervisor if unit does not meet cleanliness standard.

• Responsible for light property maintenance, such as changing light bulbs (within reach), batteries, filters, and other duties as instructed by property manager.

• Keep property supply room neat.

• Check unoccupied units weekly/bi-weekly while vacant

• Record and report all maintenance and inventory deficiencies.

• Assist with linen processing, stocking, and packing as needed

• Perform Housekeeper duties as required when business necessitates additional assistance in cleaning units.

Knowledge of BeHome247 or Escapia preferred but not required. Sandpiper Cove is a drug free work place. Drug testing and backgrounds checks will be conducted prior to employment.
