Housekeeping Inspector

Our company is looking to fill the role of housekeeping inspector on a seasonal basis with the possibility of a permanent position.

Qualifications:

• Driver's License required
• Housekeeping experience preferred
• Must have dependable transportation to use for work purposes
• Must be extremely detailed with outstanding communication skills
• Capability to multi-task multiple duties at once
• Ability to bend, squat, and climb multiple flights of stairs in a shift
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours especially the weekends (mostly late morning into late afternoon)
• Potential new hires subject to background screening

Responsibilities:

• Assists in insuring the quality housekeeping work meets company standards by inspecting vacation homes cleaned by housekeepers
• Use checklists to ensure that cleanliness and condition of each assigned area meets designated standards
• Performing arrival inspections as assigned and informing supervisors when unit become available for arrivals
• To report any faulty electronics, lights, plumbing, maintenance issues or damages to supervisors
• Occasional light housekeeping required including but not limited to light dusting and vacuuming

Typical shift will be Friday - Sunday 10:00am-4:30pm averaging 20 hours per week with potential for more. Contracted worker must use personal vehicle for position and purchase own gas and insurance. Travel required durning work hours in and around 30A and surrounding beach communities.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
