Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant to maintain cleanliness and organization within a residential apartment building. This role involves both housekeeping duties and managing on-site laundry services to ensure a clean and comfortable living environment for residents.

Schedule:

• 6 hours per day
• 1 day per week: Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (1-hour break included)

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain common areas (hallways, lobby, stairwells, etc.)
• Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
• Report any maintenance issues or damages

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable and punctual
