Housekeeping Management

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public areas, laundry, and waste management.
  • Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure quality and safety.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and checklists.

Maintenance Management

  • Oversee maintenance staff and operations, including routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency fixes.
  • Manage maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and facility equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, servicing, and equipment performance.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and large projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Administrative & Management Duties

  • Prepare staff schedules and manage labor costs.
  • Handle performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Maintain budget for housekeeping and maintenance departments.
  • Ensure timely reporting and resolution of facility issues.
  • Collaborate with management on continuous improvement projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
