Housekeeping Management
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public areas, laundry, and waste management.
- Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure quality and safety.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and checklists.
Maintenance Management
- Oversee maintenance staff and operations, including routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency fixes.
- Manage maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and facility equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, servicing, and equipment performance.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and large projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Administrative & Management Duties
- Prepare staff schedules and manage labor costs.
- Handle performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Maintain budget for housekeeping and maintenance departments.
- Ensure timely reporting and resolution of facility issues.
- Collaborate with management on continuous improvement projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
