Housekeeping & Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:Housekeeping Supervision

• Supervise daily cleaning schedules for all areas — workout floor, locker rooms, washrooms, reception, and café (if applicable).
• Ensure cleanliness standards are met as per company protocols.
• Allocate duties and monitor performance of housekeeping staff.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies inventory and raise requisitions as required.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene, sanitization, and presentation standards are consistently high.
• Handle pest control, waste disposal, and deep-cleaning schedules.

Maintenance Supervision

• Monitor functioning of gym equipment, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Report and coordinate repair or replacement with vendors or technical staff.
• Maintain maintenance logbook and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all safety and operational checks are conducted regularly (e.g., treadmill belts, cable machines, air filters).
• Assist in managing annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for key equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
