Housekeeping Manager

Housekeeping Manager for client services leads the cleaning team to deliver exceptional sanitation standards, ensuring high guest satisfaction through meticulous inspections, efficient staff training, and proactive service recovery. They manage inventory, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and fostering a welcoming, clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Resolve complaints or special requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff, fostering a positive, productive environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular, detailed inspections of assigned areas to ensure brand cleanliness standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all cleaning procedures follow health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in housekeeping supervision.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
