Experienced housekeeping Manager who will train and supervise the team in every area of hotel housekeeping; knowledge of scheduling and controlling supply inventory. Must have a pleasant attitude and be a true team player.

  • Assign housekeeping staff to specific shifts and room blocks based on abilities and daily requirements.
  • Communicate repair needs to maintenance staff in a timely manner
  • Complete schedules, shift reports and other business documentation.
  • Manage team productivity and workflow to exceed quality standards.
  • Work with front desk to respond promptly to all guest requests.
  • Train and mentor all new personnel to maximize quality of service and performance

. Maintain control over expenses and inventory for optimal budget tracking..

  • Utilize chemicals and cleaning equipment in accordance with safety protocols and proper operating standards.
  • Evaluate employee performance and develop improvement plans.
  • Place orders for housekeeping supplies and guest toiletries.
  • Manage laundry, including sorting, washing, drying, etc.
