Housekeeping Manager | Pre-Opening Hotel

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead and shape the housekeeping operations at our pre-opening hotel in one of Deira’s most vibrant locations. This is a unique opportunity to set the standard for excellence and build a high-performing, multicultural team from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop a dedicated housekeeping team, ensuring consistent high standards in guest rooms and public areas.

• Oversee daily operations, including cleaning schedules, periodic inspections, and maintenance coordination with Engineering and Front Office.

• Manage inventory of linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies, and recommend purchases as needed.

• Conduct training programs to enhance skills, service quality, and team performance.

• Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring exceptional satisfaction.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for housekeeping operations.

• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of staff.

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and superior guest experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8–10 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in pre-opening hotels.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage a multicultural team and inspire high performance.

• Deep knowledge of housekeeping practices, standards, and operational procedures.
