What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support housekeeping teams in the field
• Manage daily job assignments, and hands on project flow
• Conduct walkthroughs and quality control checks after each project
• Ensure all homes meet our luxury service standards
• Take photos, notes, and document job details in our system
• Communicate with staff professionally and confidently
• Train and mentor team members to maintain consistency and excellence
• Identify opportunities for deep cleans or service enhancements

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership or supervisory experience (cleaning, hospitality, or similar preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple homes and teams in a day
• Professional, client-facing communication skills
• Excellent Housekeeping Skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude, dependable, and solutions-oriented

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday (occasional flexibility + some weekends may be needed)

Compensation:

• $[25]–$[30] per hour (based on experience)

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Housekeeping management: 1 year (Preferred)
