Our Quality Assurance Inspectors work as a team with our office staff, our housekeepers, and our guests to ensure each vacation rental home meets or exceeds Emerald Isle Realty expectations.

• Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Enjoy being physically active (this is a physically demanding position)

• Training is provided
• Attention to detail, neat appearance, and pleasant personality
• Must have dependable transportation - this position requires driving your own vehicle to and from properties, and mileage reimbursement at $15.00 per day is allocated.
• Smart phone required
• Lifting, standing, bending and reaching is required
• Assisting with cleaning as needed - inspecting will often require light to moderate cleaning!

This is a seasonal part-time position. All work is performed on weekends (May - October) with the opportunity for weekday work, if desired by the candidate. We love working with our local educators, school system employees, and college students - we are understanding with your return to school schedule. Spanish-English bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, and starting pay with this qualification is $19.00 hourly.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
