Housekeeping / Room Attendant

We are looking for a energetic, fun, self-motivated person to be part of our team at the Best Western Inn Tooele! If you are someone who can work independently, be a self-starter, be a team player; then we would love to sit down and talk with you.

This position is for Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Ensure all rooms are properly stocked with amenities and supplies
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and restock toiletries as needed
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Adhere to safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping preferred, but not necessary. We will train the right person for our team.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work different shifts. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $11.50 per hour
