Position Summary:
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas.
- Replace bed linens, towels, and guest amenities.
- Replenish supplies and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Handle lost and found items properly.
- Maintain housekeeping trolley and supplies neatly.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and politely.
- Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping/hotel experience preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit to handle cleaning tasks.
