Housekeeping Room Inspector

  • Inspecting rooms and common areas: Visually inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they are clean and in working order
  • Ensuring cleanliness: Ensure that cleaning conditions are met and that housekeepers meet quality standards
  • Supervising staff: Supervise team members, such as guest room attendants and housemen, on assigned floors
  • Training staff: Assist in training new housekeeping team members
  • Recording deficiencies: Record service and quality deficiencies and notify cleaning personnel of inadequacies
  • Communicating with other departments: Communicate with other hotel departments regarding problems that need their attention
  • Preparing reports: Complete daily housekeeping reports and weekly inventory
  • Handling maintenance requests: Ensure that maintenance requests are handled efficiently
  • Handling guest complaints: Solve guest complaints
  • Handling lost and found: Report lost and found articles
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
