Job Description

Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Corinth Ms, is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Inspector to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in guest rooms and public areas. As the Room Inspector, you will play a crucial role in supporting the housekeeping team, inspecting rooms, and maintaining our commitment to guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Room Inspections: Inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure they meet Hilton’s quality standards and are ready for guest arrivals.
• Quality Control: Identify areas for improvement in cleaning processes, provide feedback to housekeeping staff, and report any maintenance or cleanliness issues.
• Inventory & Supplies: Monitor housekeeping supplies on the floor and coordinate with the team to ensure rooms are fully stocked.
• Guest Service: Assist guests with special requests or concerns regarding room cleanliness and promptly address issues to enhance their experience.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure housekeeping team members follow safety protocols and Hilton brand standards.
• Team Support: Provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff, reinforcing cleaning procedures and upholding the hotel’s standards of excellence.
• Communication: Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues and meet daily room readiness goals.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping, preferably with IHG or similar hotel brands.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Customer Service: Friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, and bending as required for room inspections.
