We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Housekeeping Room Inspector to join our team. This role supports the Executive Housekeeper in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction. While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong work ethic and leadership potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are met
- Assist with daily housekeeping operations, including staff direction, inventory control, and quality assurance
- Help train, coach, and support housekeeping team members to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure proper use and handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies in compliance with safety regulations
- Address and resolve cleanliness or service issues promptly to enhance the guest experience
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred (hotel experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar programs)
- A positive attitude and commitment to excellent guest service
