Housekeeping-Rooms Inspector (Full-time)
Job Description:
The Marriott Cincinnati North is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Rooms Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to Marriott standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to Marriott standards
- Coordinate with maintenance department for any repairs or maintenance issues
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest complaints and requests in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Marriott standards and procedures is a plus
- Ability to lift over 20 pounds and work on your feet
- Ability to clean guest rooms
