We are a leading Facilities Management provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, integrated FM solutions across commercial, residential, and industrial sites.

We currently require an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations across assigned facilities.
  • Manage and coordinate cleaning staff schedules, attendance, and task assignments.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met.
  • Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and FM safety protocols.
  • Ensure availability and proper use of cleaning materials, equipment, and PPE.
  • Address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues or client concerns promptly.
  • Maintain documentation such as duty rosters, inspection checklists, and incident reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor within the Facilities Management industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Good understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Basic English communication skills (spoken and written).
