Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description:
Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise room attendants and public area cleaners.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Ensure cleaning standards and schedules are followed.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for room status updates.
• Train and support housekeeping staff.
• Manage inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,600.00 per month
