Job Overview

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to monitor all housekeeping teams and ensure all cleaning services are completed on time and correctly. The supervisor will check quality, release completed jobs, and handle service complaints when needed.

A UAE driving license is a plus, but not mandatory.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor all housekeeping teams daily
• Ensure all services are completed on time and as per standards
• Check quality and approve job completion (quality release)
• Handle and follow up on complaints and issues
• Coordinate with operations, drivers, and teams
• Report problems, delays, or quality issues

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning supervision
• Ability to manage teams and multiple jobs
• Attention to detail and responsibility
• Basic English communication
• UAE driving license is a plus

Salary & Benefits

• 6 working days per week, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
