Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage daily cleaning operations for multiple short-term rental (Airbnb) apartments in Dubai.

The role is hands-on and operational. You will supervise cleaners, inspect apartments, ensure quality standards, and make sure all units are guest-ready on time.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Assign daily cleaning tasks to cleaners

Supervise and monitor cleaners on-site

Inspect apartments after cleaning

Ensure apartments meet 5-star cleanliness standards

Take clear photos after cleaning and send daily reports

Report damages, missing items, or maintenance issues

Track linen usage and cleaning supplies

Train new cleaners and correct mistakes

Ensure timely turnover for same-day check-ins

✅ Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in cleaning or housekeeping supervision

Experience with Airbnb, hotels, or serviced apartments is a plus

Strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple apartments per day

Good communication skills

Able to use WhatsApp and smartphone for photos/reporting

Reliable, punctual, and responsible

Must be physically fit
