Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor who can also take on a training role within the team. This position is responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards, supervising housekeeping staff, and developing team skills through structured training and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met
- Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain quality control
- Train new and existing staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and service standards
- Develop training materials and conduct regular workshops or refresher sessions
- Assign duties and manage staff schedules effectively
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate replenishment
- Address guest or client feedback promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping supervision (hotel, hospitality, or facility management preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety standards
- Experience in staff training or coaching is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team efficiently
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driving license is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in housekeeping management or hospitality training
- Multilingual skills are a plus
