Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor who can also take on a training role within the team. This position is responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards, supervising housekeeping staff, and developing team skills through structured training and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met
• Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain quality control
• Train new and existing staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and service standards
• Develop training materials and conduct regular workshops or refresher sessions
• Assign duties and manage staff schedules effectively
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate replenishment
• Address guest or client feedback promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in housekeeping supervision (hotel, hospitality, or facility management preferred)
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety standards
• Experience in staff training or coaching is highly desirable
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team efficiently
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driving license is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in housekeeping management or hospitality training
• Multilingual skills are a plus
