Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness and presentation standards. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support housekeeping staff in daily operations.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.
• Assign daily tasks and manage staff schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Address guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience required; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
