
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
* Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the required standards.
* Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning equipment.
* Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
* Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to housekeeping services.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations of housekeeping staff.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
* Report any maintenance issues or deficiencies to the relevant department.
* Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and inventory.

* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping or hospitality industry.
* Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
