About Us:

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at one of our client's project (School). As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of school premises.

Job Description:

• Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the school.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet school standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols and identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless facilities management.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, and inventory management.

Requirements:

• Experience in housekeeping supervision in a school or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Visa and Documentation:

• Visa will be provided for eligible candidates.
• Own visa holders can apply with NOC and proper documents.
