Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Holiday Homes or hospitality, possess strong leadership skills, and have a valid UAE driving license and a car. This role requires excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all managed properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping operations across multiple properties.
• Inspect properties before guest arrivals and after check-outs to ensure quality standards are met.
• Train, manage, and schedule housekeeping staff and outsourced cleaners.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
• Coordinate with maintenance and guest relations teams for timely issue resolution.
• Report property status, damages, and cleaning updates to the operations team.
• Ensure all cleaning and hygiene standards comply with company policies.
• Assist with onboarding and setup of new properties.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, preferably in Holiday Homes, Hotels, or Serviced Apartments.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license and own car.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Flexible and willing to work on weekends or holidays as needed.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
