Alhonna Resort is a family-owned, 60-unit lakefront resort located at Lake of the Ozarks. With multiple pools, a sandy beach, fishing dock, Blue Cat Lounge & Restaurant, and Buddy’s Marina, we offer guests a fun and memorable getaway—and we’re looking for team members who take pride in delivering that experience.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Team Lead to support our Housekeeping Manager and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, stays organized, and can step in wherever needed to support both the team and the manager. You’ll help coordinate the day-to-day work while actively working alongside the housekeeping staff.

What You’ll Do

· Support the Housekeeping Manager in daily operations and team coordination

· Help assign rooms and tasks based on occupancy and priorities

· Lead by example by assisting with room cleaning as needed

· Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met

· Communicate room status updates with the front desk team

· Report maintenance issues and follow up as directed

· Assist with training new team members on procedures and expectations

· Help maintain inventory of linens, supplies, and cleaning products

· Assist with laundry coordination

· Ensure equipment is clean, organized, and in working condition

Experience

· Previous housekeeping experience required

· Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred

· Hospitality or resort experience is a plus

Requirements

· Ability to stand/walk for extended periods

· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

· Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

· Ability to operate a golf cart safely

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
