Bear in mind, our hotel is exterior corridor, and as such, you must be able and willing to work in the elements, including rain and snow! But don't worry - you'll get your steps in!

What you’ll do

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet our cleanliness standards.
• Change bed linens, dust surfaces, sweep and mop flooring, and sanitize bathrooms with precision and care.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens to enhance guest comfort.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient cleaning schedules and workflows.
• Uphold health and safety regulations while using cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding positively to guest requests or concerns regarding cleanliness.

Basic qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
