Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Housekeeping Training Assistant to support our bespoke training programs focused on Silver Service and luxury housekeeping standards. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering hands-on, high-quality training for domestic staff and housekeepers, ensuring adherence to 5-star hospitality and traditional service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist lead trainers in conducting Silver Service and housekeeping training sessions, both onsite at client residences and at training facilities.
  • Support the delivery of practical workshops covering advanced cleaning techniques, guest relations, hygiene, and safety.
  • Help tailor training content according to individual client needs and household environments.
  • Assist with demonstrations on equipment handling, silver polishing, and etiquette protocols.
  • Conduct role-plays and scenario-based training to develop soft skills and discretion among trainees.
  • Monitor and provide feedback on trainee progress to lead trainers.
  • Help prepare training materials, checklists, and aids.
  • Maintain training equipment and ensure the cleanliness and organization of training areas.
  • Occasionally assist with client assessment visits to understand specific training requirements.
  • Support administrative tasks related to scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in housekeeping within 5-star hotels, luxury private residences, or domestic staffing.
  • Familiarity with Silver Service etiquette, traditional luxury housekeeping standards, and hygiene protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a coaching mindset.
  • Ability to deliver practical, hands-on training efficiently and patiently.
  • High attention to detail and respect for confidentiality and discretion.
  • Flexible and adaptable to different client environments and schedules.
  • Basic organizational skills and comfort with administrative tasks.
  • Background in hospitality training or adult education is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel to client sites preferred.

Employment Details

  • Location: Dubai-based with regular client site visits across the UAE.
  • Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time (flexible)
