A well-established General Contracting and Property Management company based in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a Housekeeping / Cleaning Supervisor with driving license to lead and coordinate cleaning operations across various client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily tasks of housekeeping and cleaning staff.
• Ensure all cleaning activities are carried out efficiently, on schedule, and meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain service consistency and enforce quality control.
• Provide training and ongoing guidance to new and existing team members on cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• Monitor attendance, evaluate team performance, and address any operational challenges on-site.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Oversee operations at multiple locations while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Currently residing in Abu Dhabi.
• Preferably 35 years old or younger.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the housekeeping or cleaning industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Capable of handling operations across multiple sites and working well under pressure.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
