Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential in providing a welcoming and hygienic environment for our guests and staff, whether in a hotel, hospitality setting, or industrial cleaning context.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure they meet our cleanliness standards.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues to management.
• Follow established protocols for floor care and custodial duties to maintain safety and hygiene.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations within the facility.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns regarding cleanliness or maintenance issues.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
