Housekeeping/Janitorial

Essential Job Functions

• Remove all trash, empty all trash cans and debris and replace receptacle liners as needed.
• Clean, sanitize and restock supplies.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.
• Maintain janitorial closets and equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Additional duties as requested by management.
• Clean restrooms and other assigned areas

Qualifications:

• Experience in the janitorial industry required.
• Floor/carpet care experience preferred
• A background screening and drug test will be required

Physical Demands:

• Frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending and squatting is required.
• Lifting and moving objects 50 lbs or more
• Standing for up to four hours at a time

Work Environment

This role works throughout the day or late evening hours in both public spaces and back-of-house areas within an active hospitality and event facility operating hours. The environment may include exposure to cleaning chemicals, noise, temperature variations and high-traffic areas. The pace may vary based on event bookings; number of attendees/guests expected, operational needs. Flexibility is essential.
