Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard techniques and equipment
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet care to ensure a spotless appearance
• Assist with furniture arrangement, linen changes, and replenishing supplies to support overall housekeeping operations
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly
• Support the cleaning of industrial or specialized areas using appropriate custodial techniques and equipment
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored safely and used efficiently in compliance with safety protocols
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to meet cleanliness standards and improve service delivery

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services; hotel experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, and buffing
• Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service expectations
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, buffers, and carpet cleaners
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
