We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Houseman to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of guest areas, public spaces, and staff facilities. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and public areas using industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces
• Assist with setting up event spaces and hotel amenities according to specifications
• Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning products to ensure availability for staff and guests
• Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Follow health and safety protocols diligently to uphold sanitation standards across all areas
• Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques
• Experience in janitorial or custodial work within hospitality or commercial environments
• Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service standards is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards
