Houseman - Night Shift

Job Title: Houseperson

Position Summary:

The Houseperson will be responsible for daily cleaning for all of the operations including but not limited to: offices, public spaces and restroom facilities.

Essential Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Include the following; other duties may be assigned:

• Performs light and heavy cleaning including but not limited to: window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, emptying of trash cans.
• Identifies when supplies are needed and reports to supervisor.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Graciously tends to the needs of members and guests.
• Always address members needs and requests immediately.
• Communicate with Manager to ensure all guest/member requests are fulfilled.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Two years of housekeeping or Houseman experience is preferred.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Must have the ability to work independently.
• Must have a pleasant and upbeat attitude
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to bend and move to the requirements of the job
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Knowledge/Ability to vacuum/mop and clean areas.
• Adhere to Broken Sound Club dress and grooming standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit, stand, crouch, stoop and kneel if needed
