Houseman/Maintenance

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Houseman / Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting housekeeping operations while also assisting with general maintenance to ensure our hotel remains clean, safe, and well-maintained for all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Assist housekeeping staff by delivering linens, towels, and supplies throughout the hotel
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobby, hallways, stairwells, and exterior grounds
• Remove trash and keep storage areas organized
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing minor plumbing issues, and basic repairs
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist with room inspections and report any maintenance or cleanliness issues
• Ensure equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored
• Support hotel team during busy periods and special projects

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel, housekeeping, or maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work is a plus
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Must be reliable and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour
