Housing Case Manager

At Willis Dady Homeless Services, housing is more than a roof, it’s the starting point for stability and opportunity. We’re seeking a Housing Case Manager who brings strengths-based, client-focused approach, along with problem-solving and follow-through to support individuals as they move from homelessness to lasting housing stability.

What You’ll Do

As a Housing Case Manager, you’ll walk alongside clients as they move toward safe, stable housing, meeting people where they are, and helping them overcome barriers along the way.

In this role, you will:

• Build trusted relationships through person-centered, trauma-informed case management.
• Help clients navigate the housing process, from applications to move-in and beyond.
• Develop and update individualized service plans focused on housing stability and self-sufficiency.
• Support clients with budgeting, tenant education, and landlord communication.
• Advocate for clients and coordinate with landlords, service providers, and community partners.
• Respond to crises with calm professionalism and connect clients to needed supports.
• Track progress and outcomes through clear, timely documentation in agency systems.

Schedule & Location

• Generally, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional variable hours based on client and agency needs
