Location: San Francisco, CA; 5 days in office/week
Status: Full time; non-exempt (40 hours/week FT NE)
Salary: $62,000 - $67,000/year
Reports to: Housing Director, Co-Executive Director

Lee TGIJP Black Trans Cultural Center is a team of transgender, gender-variant and intersex people, inside and outside of prisons, jails, detention centers, and other locked facilities creating a united family in the struggle for survival and freedom. Position Description
Housing Case Managers at TGIJP are expected to provide comprehensive case management services to clients experiencing housing insecurity or homelessness. This role involves assessing client needs, developing housing plans, advocating for client rights, and connecting clients with appropriate resources and services. Housing Case Managers work closely with clients to empower them to achieve housing stability and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in case management, social services, or housing advocacy
preferred.
