Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Collaborate with property managers, housing navigators, peer specialists, and clinical teams.</li></ul> 


Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in social work, psychology, human services, or related field (preferred).</li>
<li>At least 1&ndash;2 years of case management experience with people experiencing homelessness, mental illness, substance use, or trauma.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Housing First, harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing (preferred).</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently in the field and manage a flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends).</li>
<li>Ability to pass background checks</li></ul> 


Physical Demands:
<ul>
<li>Frequent travel throughout the service area for home visits and meetings</li>
<li>Ability to manage emotionally intense situations and secondary trauma</li>
<li>Lifting: Must be able to lift and carry items weighting up to 50pounds occasionally</li>
<li>Standing/Walking: Requires standing and walking for extended periods during shifts</li>
<li>Bending/Stooping: Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching to access materials stored at various heights.</li></ul> 


Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8-hour shift | 40 per week 
Shifts Available: Monday to Friday and Saturday &amp; Sunday (8am - 4pm) (4pm - 12am) (12am - 8am) 
Driver's License: (Required) 
Willingness to travel: As needed
