Housing Maintenance Worker

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Housing Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role involves assisting with basic housing repairs and upkeep for multiple seperate houses. Ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping properties clean, safe, and functional.

Housing Maintenance Duties:

• Perform minor repairs including painting, patching walls, fixing and installing doors/windows/flooring
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, or HVAC repairs when qualified
• Report major maintenance needs to supervisor or property manager
• Ensure tools and supplies are properly stored and maintained

Qualifications:

• General knowledge of basic home maintenance
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Good communication and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Prior experience in handyman work or building maintenance
