REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field
2. At least two years of housing experience, preferred.
3. Proficiency in the use of computers, email and word processing software.
4. A valid Florida Driver’s license.
5. Fluent in English, knowledge of Spanish language, helpful.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for collection and oversight of ongoing management of tenants’ housing information.
2. Responsible for communicating with CHN Accounting and Legal Departments for tenant-related notices, when applicable.
3. Assist with supervision of assigned staff as needed.
4. Ensure annual re-certifications are completed for tenants in a timely manner.
5. Must conduct the initial review of issues that may arise and report to Program Administrator relevant problems/issues impacting program functioning.
6. Maintain tenant information current in HMIS database and updated for internal and external audits.
7. Responsible for oversight of rent collection and all related notices, perform data entry and communicate with CHN legal and accounting departments, MDHA and other agencies when problems arise, as appropriate.
8. Oversee and reconcile petty cash for assigned programs.
9. Ensure leases are current for the month that CHN is billing to the funder.
10. Place order requests for office supplies, as needed.
