Job Overview

We are hiring Housekeeping Cleaners to join our growing operations team. The role involves cleaning and preparing residential and holiday home units according to company standards, ensuring high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and attention to detail.

This position is suitable for candidates with experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or hotel-style services.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning & Housekeeping

• Clean and prepare residential and holiday home units
• Perform dusting, mopping, vacuuming, bathroom and kitchen cleaning
• Change bed linen and towels as per checklist
• Ensure all rooms meet company quality standards before release

Supplies & Equipment

• Use cleaning chemicals and tools correctly and safely
• Handle linen, towels, and amenities carefully
• Report damaged items, missing inventory, or maintenance issues

Reporting & Compliance

• Follow cleaning checklists and instructions from supervisors
• Take required photos or reports if instructed
• Maintain professional behavior at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and quality standards
• Physically fit and able to work on cleaning tasks
• Honest, punctual, and responsible
• Basic English communication required

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Competitive (Live-Out)
• Working Schedule: 6 days per week, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly day off as per UAE labour law
• Employment visa and benefits as per UAE labour law

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,400.00 per month
